What this collects, and what it deliberately doesn’t.
The short version: your answers live in your own browser. A completed audit contributes an anonymized set of rates and scores to a shared benchmark dataset, and nothing in it could identify you or your company.
Where your answers live
As you work through the audit, your answers are saved in your own browser’s local storage. That is why you can close the tab and come back to it. Nothing is transmitted while you answer, and there is no account, no login, and no password.
Your full report is generated on your device. If you want a copy, the report page can copy it as plain text or print it to PDF. Clearing your browser data deletes it, and we have no copy to restore.
What a completed audit contributes
When you finish the audit, one anonymized row is added to a shared benchmark dataset. That dataset is what lets the report tell later respondents where they stand against comparable teams. It holds:
- Your buyer segment, stakeholder count, and which sales motions you run
- Your conversion rates: win rate, advance rate, pipeline coverage, opportunities created per rep
- Your average sales cycle length and the share of reps who hit quota
- Your capability scores across the six assessed areas
- Which constraint the audit diagnosed
What is never collected
- Anything you typed in your own words. The three free-text questions never leave your browser.
- Your exact revenue target, contract value, or headcount. These are stored only as wide bands, such as “$1M–$5M”.
- Your name, company name, email address, or phone number. You are never asked for any of them.
- Your IP address. It is used briefly in memory to limit abuse of the submission endpoint, then discarded — never written to the database, never logged.
- Cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. There are none.
A consequence worth stating plainly: because a contributed row contains nothing that identifies you, there is no way to find it again afterwards — including for us. That means a contributed audit cannot be deleted on request. We would rather say so than imply a deletion process that doesn’t exist. If you would prefer not to contribute at all, there is an opt-out on the report page, and you will still see how you compare.
Service providers
The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard web request logs on our behalf. The anonymized benchmark dataset is stored in a Supabase database. No other third party receives your data, and nothing is sold or shared for advertising.
